In reflection on week two, I’ve found that action research when done in a practical manner or used after someone that has shown it to be successful, is very effective to creating not only better teachers, but an environment that optimizes learning. Teachers can find out alot about themselves as well as uncovering ways that their classes learn most effectively. Through the administrative interviews involved in week two one can assume to be effective with this type of research you have to use what best fits your specific circumstance and use those people who have had success with prior teachings and techniques.
